COVID-19 CORONA VIRUS INFORMATION
We would like to reach out and give some important information for our tenants during this pandemic. 
 We understand the impact this has made to our entire livelihood and will continue to do so in the future.  We are all struggling in some area of our lives, trying to make sense of it, and plan for the unknown.

We have had to make our own internal changes to adhere to the temporary laws being passes.  As of now we are unable to keep our lobby open for office hours and our maintenance staff hours have been limited.  With that being said,  we are still able to be reached via phone, or website for any questions or concerns.  

We have 3 different ways you will be able to pay your rent.

1. Utilize the secure drop box located at our office (cash, money order, or check). This area has security cameras in place for your protection. 
2. Mail your money order or check
3. Call for over the phone payment (Fees will be waived during the pandemic) 

Some tenants may be financially affected by the pandemic and be struggling to pay rent.   If you are in this situation please contact us asap. We will need specific documentation before we are able to assist.
